The Vincent Harding Seminar on Non-Violent Social Change is dedicated to helping justice advocates across the academic and public sphere develop skills and gain historical perspective for advancing current social issues in their communities.
Inspired by the work of our predecessors in the Civil Rights Movement some 50 years ago, participants engage in an intensive one week seminar course facilitated by a social justice practitioner who falls in line with the values and ethics of renowned Civil Rights icon, Reverend Vincent Harding.
Please note, the seminar is held every other year. The next seminar will take place in the 2019-2020 academic year.
